Open Group Sound Bath
This gathering is open to the public, with a maximum of 8 participants. Therapeutic sound instruments are played around the room for 30-45, often times with a crystal bowl being placed directly on the body of interested participants. Open Group Sound Baths are a great option if you do well with the energy of other people during your meditation time.
Cost: $35 per person (Cash, Venmo, or PayPal)
Date: July 24th 10:30 - 11:30 AM
Duration: The sound bath itself lasts the full hour, however open groups generally have new people so please allow a total of 1.5 hours for the event, allowing time for the wrap up. Please arrive on time / 10-15 minutes early.
Location: Near Wake Med Raleigh Hospital (27610). Specific directions will be provided prior to the event.
Please bring water and be well hydrated prior to the event.
Custom mats, blankets, and pillows are provided, but feel free to bring additional comfort items, such as a bolster, eye mask, or your own blanket.
Lu Jong + Sound
This event is moving mediation partnered with 20 minutes of sound meditation, where therapeutic instruments are played around the room.
Note - bowls are not placed on bodies during this event. The Lu Jung portion of this even is held outside, when weather permits.
Cost: $30 per person
